Common Ground Weekend Backpack Meals
What: Pack bags for MISD students who need extra food over the weekend.
When: Sep 3, 2025 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Where: First United Methodist Church, Building D, 777 N. Walnut Creek Drive, to stage
Note: Volunteers meet at 4 p.m. Also, I'm not sure what time they end, so be prepared for however long you can stay.
Allies in Youth Development
What: Help sort through donated items, make cards, and pack boxes so that they can be sent to orphans in Eastern Europe
When: Every 2nd & 4th Sunday from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Day of Service Community Cleanup and Cards for First Responders
What: Come volunteer to help cleanup of our community, and to create cards for our first responders!

Annual Mother Baby Expo
What: Help with things like set up, registration table, kids area, door prizes, bingo stampers, and cleanup! Make sure to go to the women’s center.

Splash and Dash Puppy Tri 🐶
What: Volunteers will help set up, check in, provide course direction, guide attendees, and do dog cleanup. P.S.: It is asked for the owner to clean up after their dog, but just in case something is missed. If dogs are not your thing, please do not sign up for this opportunity, as this involves dogs :)

Founder's Day
What: Take a trip back to highlights from the days of Mansfield's origin: candle making, soap making, doing laundry the old-fashioned way, song and dance from that time, games, and more. We need assistance with each of the stations to help the community have a great experience. There are lots of stations that need help and assistance for multiple shifts. Volunteers are needed 80 throughout the day, NOT all at one time. Please sign up using the link below.

Punt Pass Kick Competition
What: Participants will be putting their football skills to the test. So we will need volunteers to run stations, record winners, hand out trophies, Prefered that volunteer has some knowledge of football/sports. 10 volunteers are needed. Please use the link below to sign up for this event.
